Biography
Angela Yang, valedictorian of Granada Hills Charter High School, is a Coca-Cola Scholar, 2x Carson Scholar, Distinguished Young Woman of LA County, and nationally awarded writer and orator. A member of the LA City/Mayor’s Youth Council, Angela has impacted STEM gender equity on a regional, national, and global scale as the founder of her school’s Girls Who Code Club and GirlsBuild Team and Girl Up UN Foundation Global Teen Advisor. Angela will pursue computer science, government, and business at Harvard.
