Biography

Cesar is currently a Financial Analyst with the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions Canada (OSFI). Prior to his role at OSFI, Cesar held positions in capital markets and derivatives at Lehman Brothers, Deutsche Bank, Chase Manhattan Bank, and Prudential Investments. He was a dual major in Finance and Public Policy at Syracuse University graduating in 1996 and received his M.B.A. in Finance from Fordham University in 2007.
