Dayanara Chavez

Biography

Dayanara Chavez, valedictorian of Foshay Learning Center, is a USC Bovard Scholar and member of the National Hispanic Recognition Program. She was President of the STEM/Drone Club, Captain of the Robotics Team, and Captain of the Math Engineering Science Achievement Program. As part of Girls Build LA, Dayanara spoke at the 2022 Culture of Democracy Summit, where she championed the power of the Latino vote at local and national polls. Dayanara studies computer science and mechanical engineering at Northwestern University.
