Elham Ardestani

Biography

Elham is currently working as an associate in Private Wealth group at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP. Previously she worked as a Tax & Wealth Planning Associate at Venable LLP in Los Angeles. She has also worked at McDermott Will & Emery in their Private Client Group, where she focused on all aspects of estate and wealth transfer planning, including international estate planning, charitable planning, business succession planning and post-death administration. Prior to her practice at McDermott, Elham practiced at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, in their Mergers & Acquisitions tax, State and Local Tax, and International Tax practices. Elham graduated from UCLA law school in May of 2011 and was awarded the Bruce Hochman Award, which is given to one person each year at UCLA Law who is recognized by the faculty as the most distinguished in tax law in the graduating class.
