Biography

Giselle serves as Associate Executive Director for MetroPlus Health Plan in New York. She is responsible for the retention of membership at MetroPlus by implementing and leading staff in various retention efforts. She also ensures that the quality of applications and information received is excellent by audits and silent monitoring. She has three children, Derek, Zion, and Jordan.
