Biography

Joshua is a Product & Technical Recruiter at Robinhood in the Bay Area, where he helps scale product teams. In 2016, he supported 2x company growth across existing and new departments, including Product Engineering (iOS, Web, Android), Product Design, Product Management, Security Engineering, Legal, UX Research, Data Science/Engineering, Finance, and Back-end Engineering. Prior to his current position at Robinhood, he was a recruiting associate for Inflection, an IT consulting firm based in Redwood City. He also previously worked for Ambulante, a non-profit organization that focuses on supporting and promoting documentary film as a tool for social and cultural transformation in Mexico City. Joshua's passions include social justice, access to higher education, employment opportunities, and the transformative power of international experiences. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Harvard College.
