Biography

Kim Foo Chow serves as the Risk Manager coordinating approvals for new activities and products with a major global bank. He has effectively addressed operational issues, transformed risk practices, and improved client experiences for 20+ years in financial services and engineering. Alongside his banking career, Kim Foo is an educator and instructs graduate students in Risk Management at Columbia University in New York. He continues to lead volunteer programs, creating vibrant networks for working professionals to support educators and health care leaders. Kim Foo attended Cornell University where he earned his Master's degree studying Operations Research & Industrial Engineering and Bachelor's in Agricultural & BIological Engineering.
