Lesley Yupa

Biography

Lesley Yupa, a graduate of Townsend Harris High School, is an AP Scholar with Distinction, Coca-Cola Scholarship Recipient, and Hispanic Scholarship Fund Finalist. Working at the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene and conducting DNA Nanotechnology research at the NYU Ned Seeman’s Lab, Lesley is an active volunteer trainer at Mount Sinai Morningside Hospital where she has dedicated 300+ hours to patient care in the geriatric and ICU units. She will study global public health and chemistry at NYU.
