Biography

Marcel is the Founder & Chief Motivational Officer of MyConnect.Ai, a game-changing technology platform that helps organizations save time and money with transformative talent engagement tools. He was inspired to create some of the earliest solutions of MyConnect.Ai during the global pandemic. Following his dynamic career as a corporate lawyer for top global law firms (e.g., Skadden Arps) and then for a leading multinational company (i.e., Genting Group), he led strategy at MKS Insight Partners for several years, advising on HR optimization strategies and corporate deals in the industries of commercial real estate, entertainment, and technology. He also serves on advisory boards, practices yoga & meditation, and trains for charity triathlons. Marcel is passionate about supporting the arts, mentoring others, and building the Miami tech ecosystem.
