Biography

Michael Williams is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania where he received a BA in Political Science and MS in Social Policy. He is currently a College Success Coordinator at The Opportunity Network, an organization focused on college access and success. In this role, he does check-ins with college students and assists in the planning and facilitation of programming to enrich their experiences and prepare them for post-grad life. He is passionate about issues of racial justice, LGBTQ+ justice, prison abolition, and immigrants' rights. His family has origins in the islands of Grenada and Jamaica.
