In spring 2006, Mikhail graduated from the Columbia University School of Engineering with an M.S. in Operations Research. He obtained his Ph.D. in Operations Management from Drexel University in 2015. He is an Assistant Professor of Operations Management at Monmouth University in New Jersey.
