Nancy Conde

Public Administration

Biography

Nancy is the Senior Advisor and Director of Intergovernmental Affairs for U.S. Senator Kirsten Gillibrand. She formerly served as Chief of Staff to the New York State Senate Minority Whip and Special Advisor to the President of the Hispanic Federation, a leading national non-profit organization.

For over 25 years. Nancy has had successful experiences in leadership levels in non-profit and government sectors, where she has tailored her career on diversity and inclusion initiatives, multicultural engagement strategies, and
government relations.

A native of Guatemala, Nancy is a graduate of Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs where she received a Master in Public Policy and Administration with a concentration International Economic Policy and Management. Additionally, she holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in Sociology from Boston College.
