Osahon Odiase
Biography
Osahon Odiase is an aerospace engineering student at MIT and a graduate of NEST+M High School. He is a Marshall Wace Scholar, AP Scholar with Distinction, Ron Brown Scholar, and part of the College Board National African American Recognition Program. At MIT, he has spearheaded projects such as PUFFLING, where he developed a high-voltage pulsed power device to calibrate instruments for astrophysical studies; published previously inaccessible datasets on Harvard Dataverse to facilitate ongoing research on lightning attachment models; and conducted research in hypersonics to advance the understanding of shockwave-boundary layer interactions in hypersonic vehicles.
